• In this case report, the 48 year old female patient developed a granuloma presenting as a red bump 70 months after having the procedure done for wrinkles in the temporal area. Poly-l-Lactic Acid (Sculptra) injection)
• She also received Botulinum Toxin (Botox) and Hyaluronic injections, although these were not located in the area of the foreign body granuloma.
