Psoriasis in a few words

-Skin condition associating redness (erythema) and scales (mica-like desquamation)
-Generally speaking, the lesions are localized on the elbows, knees, legs, forearms and buttocks. It can be localized anywhere including the scalp, nails and genital area.
-Psoriasis can be complicated by joint involvement; this is called psoriatic arthritis
